Sinergia designs and manufactures customized compressed air and nitrogen filters to be installed onboard its packages or supplied as per customer specifications.
A dedicated trading division takes care of the supply of:

SDOF Filter (Sinergia Dust Oil Filter)
Sinergia Standard Filters production is suitable for installation on our packages, but also selectable for any kind of process requiring compressed gas treatment.
Standard filter
Sinergia supplies filters for general applications suitable for low-medium flow rate, with aluminium casing, externally painted in standard colour and available in two options: with threaded or flanged connections.
They are endowed, as standard features, of pressure gauge and manual or float condensate drains.
SDOF filter
SDOF filters are completely engineered and manufactured in Sinergia. They are the right filtrating solution when medium-large streams of air or other gases have to be treated.
These filters are manufactured in carbon steel, externally painted in standard colours, and can assure minimum pressure drop and an effective reduction of particle contamination and water condensate presence.
Their constructive features let them suitable for suspended installation or on-ground anchoring, thanks to legs that can be supplied as optional. The accessibility to cartridges from the top of the vessel for their substitution when clogged, let maintenance quick and easy.
Ten models are available, all with flanged connections, ranging from DN50 to DN300, suitable for capacities from 500 up to 25.000Nm³/h rated at 7 barg.
Owing to the fact that they are completely designed internally, the basic configuration can be endowed with many constructive and operational options, suiting any special request.
Filter Cartridges are available for compressed air, nitrogen, oxygen, methane, CNG, biogas, and liquids.
Certifications:
- – for standard production PED; ASME VIII div.1;
- – special construction: ARH, TR-CU.
Any other code of construction can be considered and evaluated.
